Thank you for choosing NOVU. We are committed to providing a swift and transparent shipping experience within India.

 1. Shipping Timeline 

  • For regular orders, packages are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • For pre-orders placed before September 16th, dispatches will begin from September 16th onward.

     

2. Delivery

  • Delivery within India only.

  • Orders typically arrive 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

     

3.Shipping Address & Tracking

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or non-delivery.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your order has shipped.

     

4. Costs & Service

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
